Our Services
Written Navigation Summary
$75–100 flat fee
You have one specific question — a denial letter you don't understand, a provider you want to find, an appointment you need to prepare for. Fill out the intake form, attach any relevant documents, and receive a written navigation summary within 48 hours.
Ongoing Written Support
$150–200 per month
You're navigating something complex — a series of insurance appeals, a disability application, or ongoing appointment prep. Monthly retainer for continued written support as your situation evolves.
Navigation Call
$150–200 per session
Available after an established written relationship. A 45–60 minute call to work through your situation together. Only available to existing clients who have completed at least one written navigation session.
